As President and founder of InterState Commercial, Kevin
brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real
estate, having focused exclusively on the retail sector.
Kevin originally formed InterState Commercial over a
decade ago as a retail tenant rep. brokerage firm where
his client base consisted of many national retailers.
Kevin has successfully completed over 110 Circuit City
locations, over 100 CVS/pharmacy locations, approximately
20 Home Depot locations, and over 25 Dick’s Sporting
Goods locations. Other clients included CarMax, IKEA, Toys
R Us, Wal-Mart, Kohl’s and Staples the Office Superstore. In
late 2004, the company took its experience in the retail
market and began focusing on development.
Prior to forming InterState Commercial, Kevin served as
Vice President for Koll/Bradford Joint Venture. Kevin was
a partner in Bradford’s Retail Tenant Services Program,
assisting retailers in their site selection and store development
process in Chicago, the Midwest and Southeastern
United States. From November 1990 through
January 1995, Kevin was Vice President for Mid-America
Real Estate, specializing in the representation of retail
tenants. From July 1988 to October 1990, Kevin worked
for First Western Development as Vice President of
Leasing handling the Chicago, Minneapolis and Detroit
markets in the retail development division. From August
1985 to July 1988, Kevin worked as a sales associate for
CB Commercial Real Estate specializing in the leasing of
community and neighborhood shopping centers.
Kevin holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Tulane
University in New Orleans, Louisiana. A licensed Illinois
Real Estate Broker, he is a member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). |
