Heather Battaglia joined InterState Commercial Real
Estate, Inc., after 11 years as an Asset Manager on behalf of
various institutional and individual clients for Koll/Bradford,
Insignia/ESG, Inc., and the Trammel Crow Company. She was
responsible for all aspects of Asset Management for office,
industrial and retail property types in both urban and suburban
locations. She was directly responsible for the financial
health and reporting of over 2,000,000 sf. of real estate.
Heather spent her first three years at InterState utilizing her
expertise in managing clients and assisting in all phases of
their site selection and contract negotiations. Heather was
InterState’s Northern Chicagoland team leader for the CVS/
pharmacy expansion into Chicago. Her team completed over
105 transactions on behalf of CVS. Among the clients she has
served are CVS/pharmacy, Circuit City, Nevada Bob’s and Cardinal
Capital.
For the past four years at InterState, Heather has been instrumental
in all phases of the development process, including site
selection and legal and financial administration of purchase
contracts, as well as managing corporate responsibilities for
the firm.
Heather is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Salesperson, a member
of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
and Women in Retail Leasing (WIRL). She also holds a Real
Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building
Owners and Manager’s Association. |
